Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days
- Free Shipping — available on qualifying orders, 7–10 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
